Desserts and baking desserts in Mason Jars
I have seen dessert recipes using Mason canning jars cooking in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. My question for you is: Does the Mason Jar Co. recommend using wide mouth Mason half-pint or pint canning jars to bake a fruit dessert in the oven as noted in this message?
Either should work. depending on the size dessert you want to make. You will need to adjust the recipe heat and time settings, depending on the size of the jar. Tom and Didi
